3. Requesting a Refund or Return
To request a refund or return, please follow the steps below:

Obtaining a Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Packing the Item: Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and instructions are included, and include the RMA number.
Returning the Item: Return the item to the specified address using a tracked carrier. Please retain the shipping receipt for future reference.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process. Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the cause of the return is our fault.
5. Exchange Policy
